Crandon, Wis. A Crandon, Wis., man was convicted for his role in shooting a bald eagle in Forest County (Wis.) earlier this year.

Richard Allen Marvin, was convicted of driving the truck from which Michael Pagel shot the eagle on March 17, 2000. Pagel pleaded guilty to the crime and will be sentenced next month.
