The fall perch bite is heating up in many areas of the state.
Perch fishing is heating up across the state.
Fishing success means mixed bags at fisheries across the state.
Salmon and trout fishing has been pretty good in the Great Lakes.
Great Lakes anglers report mixed results and mixed bags. Most were catching a combination of Chinook, coho, Atlantics, steelhead, browns and lakers.
Walleye fishing remains very good along the southeast side of the Lower Peninsula.
