Every hunter I know has a special way of cooking venison and I’m one of them.
One of my favorite locations for viewing bald eagles, especially in the winter months when cold weather locks up many of the area’s waters with a coating of ice, is the Niagara River. Strong currents keep the river from freezing up and, as a result, attracts eagles from Western New York and Southern Ontario for a meal of fresh fish.
