The weather has been warm and the fishing has been hot. Here’s how things are looking after the big heat wave we had recently.

What the bite is looking like for the Independence Day weekend.

We are starting to see some more stable water temps the past few days. Here’s what that has meant for the bite.

Devils Lake is heating up and bobbers with leeches have been the go-to this past week.

We are transitioning into spinner time here very soon and the walleye bite will only continue to improve as we see water temps keep climbing and these fish getting more active.

Slip-bobbers with leeches and jigs with purple or blue paddle tails have been the go-to the past few days when it comes to shallow walleyes.

It has been a windy and wet start to the month of May but that hasn’t stop a few people from getting out.
