With long, light, and subtle presentations of small jigs or bait, the residing steelhead here will turn on and off for some hook-up action.

The Lake Erie tributaries offered some favorable fishing conditions and fair steelhead catches through last weekend.

With the weather we’re having, tributaries are the go-to.

Nice flows had made for good steelhead action in the Oak and even opened up flows in the other area tribs.

The popular western tributaries of Lake Erie were fishing very well at mid-week as favorable conditions returned.
