It was an epic week for big fish. Saw some cooling trends with weather, which was great. Fish are holding to certain spots, but we’re changing approaches – slightly – to trigger some bigger fish.

Anglers willing to put in their time and cover water are catching some walleyes. Sitting in one spot and waiting for a bite to develop just doesn’t cut it this time of year.

The summer grind continues, but we might be seeing some patterns and consistency develop, and on multiple lakes. And the best ways we’re catching ‘em lately …

Catching big bass – and the walleye bite continues to be strong.

Bluegill and bass reports continue to be very good and the majority of larger fish are being found on deep weedlines or deep weed flats.

Some swings in weather this week, so everything is finally back on track. Fish are schooling up again.
