Walleyes are numerous, but they’re not very big. It’s seems to have always been that way in Crescent, which continues to hold an abundant, naturally-reproduced walleye population.

During 2019 bass tournaments registered with DNR, the top 5 bass caught weighed in at 6.5, 6.4, 6.26 and 6.10 (two fish) pounds. Several more were caught right around the 6-pound mark.
