Forest Lake, Minn. The 20th Annual Golden Rainbow Ice Fishing Contest held on Forest Lake and sponsored by the Hopkins Jaycees is Feb. 16.

Oakdale, Minn. The Minnesota Waterfowl Association, Minnesota Audubon Society, Fish and Wildlife Legislative Alliance, and Minnesota DNR will host the 8th Annual Minnesota Conservation Awards Dinner on Feb. 8 at the Prom Expo Center in Oakdale.
