Commentary: New York’s gun laws are hurting dealers and small businesses

Ever since the New York Safe Act and the Concealed Carry Improvement Act have been enacted, FFL gun shops and sporting good stores have been inundated with more regulations and excess expenses due to unconstitutional laws imposed by the State of New York.

Commentary: Concealed ed carry renewal is the N.Y. gun owner’s responsibility

It use to be that a concealed carry permit was issued for the life of the recipient, unless revoked. Then New York State felt the need for a five-year re-certification of pistol permits for all the law-abiding concealed carry gun owners and the permits they held.

Personally, I do not care what a hunter uses to pursue game as long as it is legal and ethical.
