Commentary: Another perspective on citizen advisory committees in Minnesota
Minnesota’s fish, wildlife, and public lands belong to all Minnesotans. The decisions we make about how we steward resources today will have consequences long after any of us avid outdoorsmen and women are gone. I believe wholeheartedly that citizens should have a meaningful voice in those decisions.
That belief is one of the reasons I am proud to serve as chair of Minnesota’s Fish and Wildlife Advisory Committee (FWAC).
