Lake Erie’s corps of charter captains are composed of the best fishing guides anywhere a boat can be reserved. Whether it’s walleye or perch, Lake Erie charter captains are renowned for returning to their respective marinas with coolers full of the day’s limit.
However, when more than 100 charter captains sailed from Ohio’s Magee East Campground Marina on June 20 this year, they already had the most important limit on their boats before the first walleye hit a cooler.
