Over the past few years I’ve listened to dozens of podcasts discussing concerns about the future of hunting, fishing, and shooting sports. Hunters today represent a smaller share of the population than they did a generation ago, and recruitment and retention remain ongoing challenges.
At the same time, we’re seeing efforts in places like Oregon with the “PEACE Act” ballot initiative that could fundamentally reshape the future of hunting and fishing.
