Several advisory questions voted on at the Wisconsin DNR and Conservation Congress April 13 spring hearings dealt with ways to increase DNR funding for wildlife, fisheries, and conservation programs.
The newest member of the Natural Resources Board (NRB), Rachel Bouressa, of Royalton, attended Waupaca County’s hearing and shared her thoughts after the hearing with Wisconsin Outdoor News. Gov. Tony Evers appointed Bouressa to the board in 2024.
