New York’s saltwater anglers should enjoy a big increase in black sea bass landings this year, thanks to a series of actions taken by the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council and the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission’s Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Management Board.
