Episode 93 — New York’s Antlerless Deer Proposals

New York’s Department of Environmental Conservation recently proposed four regulation changes to encourage hunters in the state to shoot more antlerless deer. Among them is an earn-a-second-buck proposal that would require hunters to harvest and report taking an antlerless deer before they would be issued a second buck tag. In the episode, host Dan Ladd clarifies the proposals, weighs in on them and provides hunters with resources to learn more about them.
