Ice-out crappies: Find ’em fast, catch ’em faster

Finally, the ice is going fast in Minnesota (if it isn’t already out), and boat motors will once again cruise across natural lakes in search of ice-out crappie action. Where are they, and what presentations should you use? Here are some early spring slab basics.
