Edwardsville Gun Club in Illinois builds a community with hunter safety

Arthur Schuetz has taught hunter safety for more than 50 years, but the recognition he received recently marked something larger than a personal milestone. Schuetz’s award reflects the larger culture and mission of the Edwardsville Gun Club.
During a training session at the Gun Club, Schuetz was honored for helping more than 11,500 students earn their Illinois hunter safety certification since 1974.
