Reading two articles in the Aug. 1 issue, I can’t help but think that chronic wasting disease and food plots to attract deer is a bad combination.
With the spreading curse of CWD, why would we want to attract deer, congregating them in one place, where it will be easier for the disease to transmitted? Unless the food plots were used to cull the small bucks that are the number one spreaders of the disease.
