Recently, I had the opportunity to go to Canada and do some fishing with my family. While we all dream of those magical adventures in the Northwoods, after a few days up there it became very clear to me how spoiled we were back in the Quad Cities with the resources we have.
The road there was almost as you would expect – if you were trying to get off the grid and leave society.
