The water at Wisconsin’s Theresa Marsh should be at normal fall level by opening day of early teal season.
Navigation in the marsh was difficult last year because the water level was kept low to accommodate repairs done to the main dike on both sides of the dam on the west side of the marsh. Those repairs are complete and there are no other projects that require keeping the water level low.
