The Pennsylvania Game Commission on July 28 is expected to add Sundays to this fall’s hunting seasons during its meeting in Harrisburg.
The meeting had been scheduled for earlier in the month. But after the Legislature passed House Bill 1431 to lift the ban on Sunday hunting on June 30 and Gov. Shapiro signed it into law on July 9, the Game Commission postponed the session for several weeks to allow hunters to submit suggestions on which Sundays to add to which seasons.
