Minneapolis Ron Schara, television host of Minnesota Bound, on KARE-11 TV, won two Emmy awards at a ceremony Oct. 27.

The first Emmy was won by Steven Plummer, Schara’s director of photography. The second was won by the show, in the overall category of “Magazine” shows. Minnesota Bound has been airing on KARE-11 for seven years, now on Sunday nights at 10:30 p.m. and Saturday at 6:30 p.m.
