Applications will be accepted at any of the 1,800 ELS point-of-sale agents in the state. It will cost $3 to apply. Also, you may apply by calling DNR Instant Licensing at 1-888-665-4236. An additional fee of $3.50 per transaction will be charged to phone sales.
