What to know about safety glasses to get the best protection for your eyes

Different colored safety glasses can improve visibility in different lighting conditions, or where light exposure changes rapidly. It’s rare that I venture outside the house without wearing some form of eye protection that guards against the sun’s glare and harmful UV rays, while also protecting my eyes from foreign objects and debris.
As someone who has seen my eyesight significantly improve after cataract surgery, I am determined to take every precaution to protect my eyes and preserve my vision.
