Low-lift, off-season training sessions will shore up your dog’s issues before hunting season

This sentiment is popular in the pro dog-training world, and most bird dog owners would probably agree in principle. After all, it’s kind of like target practice with your favorite hunting bow or rifle: Can you really overdo it? While over-training is a thing with some dogs, most of them are in no danger of working too hard in the summer. Correct? The opposite is true, which is worth acknowledging.
