The Wisconsin Natural Resources Board (NRB) approved the sale of the old Oconto Falls DNR ranger station building and accepted the donation of 9.22 acres near Egg Harbor at its
Feb. 28 meeting.
The former Oconto Falls ranger station was no longer needed. The DNR received $150,000 from Oconto County, plus has the right of access to update the fire prevention sign.
