My memory of the 2014 Minnesota fishing opener also has not and will not fade ever. I can still see my younger brother, Robert, on the end of a dock, waiting for a bite on Bowstring Lake. He was wrapped in a blanket and was sitting in a wheelchair. A year earlier, Bro’ Robert was running his own boat and declaring himself to be the ’Walleye Whisperer.’’
