Enhanced Minnesota DNR maps expand info for deer hunters on the move

Locating new places to hunt and recreate, and finding access to those spots can be challenging, especially if someone is making a road trip into unfamiliar territory.
For people seeking those adventures in Minnesota, however, information about potential recreational locations is only a computer click away. Among the folks helping provide that information is Chris Scharenbroich, who is a geographic information system specialist working within the Minnesota DNR wildlife division.
