From Alaska, where he worked and hunted for years before moving to Shell Lake, Wis., Steve Hemshrot’s passion for all things outdoors hasn’t abated.
Proof of this is reflected in his hunting a mature buck in Washburn County in northern Wisconsin that he has seen in trail camera photos for the past few hunting seasons. Hemshrot was successful in finally shooting and recovering this buck last fall, but not without the aerial assistance of a drone.
