Wisconsin’s fall turkey hunters to see same numbers of tags as 2025 season

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Turkey Advisory Committee met June 22 and agreed to issue the same number of fall bonus, or leftover, turkey harvest authorizations as in 2025.
Every hunter who buys a turkey license automatically receives an authorization to harvest one turkey each fall. In addition, the DNR issues additional, or bonus, authorizations for specific zones for hunters who want more opportunities.
