For more than three decades, the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Program has been one of Wisconsin’s most powerful tools for conserving the lands and waters that define our outdoor heritage.
Funding for the program expiring on June 30 of this year was a profound setback for every hunter, angler, and trapper who depends on healthy habitat and public access. At Ducks Unlimited, we view this expiration as a direct threat to the future of conservation in our state.
