Commentary: Inland Fish Ohio comes with twists and turns, but good fun

Now in a supervisory role at Division of Wildlife District 4 headquarters in Athens, Ohio, Matt Hangsleben contacted me a month before the Inland Fish Ohio Day was scheduled to take place at Lake Hope near practically anything except Lake Hope.
