It’s always something this time of year, especially when it comes to our state legislature and hunting and trapping legislation in New York.
A few years ago, it was banning coyote hunting contests, and most recently consideration to require hunters to report the taking of large canines and DEC to investigate them. Then there was a bill that would’ve put insurmountable requirements on gun ranges.
