Walleyes improving, panfish steady on Rush Lake in Minnesota’s Otter Tail County

There’s certain criteria that has to be met in order to crack any list of Top 10 fishing lakes in Otter Tail County. When a given lake makes a top five list in these parts, you know it’s a pretty special fishery.
In reality, no such lists exist, but angler accounts matter, especially in a part of the state where exceptional fishing lakes are easy to find. Multi-species opportunities, quality fish in both numbers and size, year-round fishing success, and excellent habitat would be on such list, if it did exist. Rush Lake meets all that criteria and more.
