Minnesota DNR Enforcement Division adds two K-9s, one short of goal

They will be trained in search and rescue and will be able to detect invasive zebra mussels. The new dogs will be in the field come early summer.

The Minnesota DNR Enforcement Division is nearing its goal of deploying 10 K-9 teams, with two new dogs expected to join the field this summer.
Hank and Molly, two Labrador retrievers, arrived in February and are currently undergoing training to become conservation officer K-9s. Their training began in March and is scheduled to run through May.
