Only 26 sportsmen registered at the Washington County April 13 spring fish and game hearing. That compares to 95 attendees in 2019, the last pre-COVID in-person hearing.
After presentations from the DNR, an election was held for two positions on the Conservation Congress. Larry Wehrheim was unopposed and was re-elected to a three-year term. Tashina Peplinski was unopposed and was re-elected to a two-year term.
