When the number of Chinese fur buyers that asked for invitations to attend their March 19-21 Fur Harvesters Auction, Inc., (FHA) sale reached 100 (so that they could apply for travel visas), there was optimism that prices for wild fur would strengthen compared to recent years.
According to FHA Chief Executive Officer Mark Downey, more than 50 mainland Chinese buyers attended this premier wild fur sale.
