Dan Ladd: Earning a second buck will force New York hunters to decide

There’s a situation I keep thinking about since the New York DEC rolled out the latest proposed regulations designed to encourage hunters to take more antlerless deer.
It involved a botched chance at a good buck on the last day of the early Northern Zone muzzleloading season two years ago.
