Rep. Emma Greenman, DFL-Minneapolis, has introduced legislation that would ban the possession of semiautomatic military-style weapons and add criminal penalties to those who own one. Greenman introduced HF4081 to the House Judiciary Finance and Civil Law committee March 17.
