Just what’s in the water in Coshocton County?
According to the Ohio DNR Division of Wildlife’s final deer season harvest statistics, that north-central Ohio county led the state for the 24th consecutive year. Deer hunters there killed 8,527 animals during the just concluded 2025-26 season. I asked that question recently in our annual deer season roundup conversation with Division of Wildlife Deer Biologist Clint McCoy.
