If you are looking to take on a winter hunting challenge unlike any other, then may I suggest you go crow hunting. While these birds might not be as valued as other game species, they are one of the most underrated of all animals to hunt in the winter months.
With eyes that can pick out the smallest out-of-place detail, to a general wary-of-anything attitude, crows offer months of hunting opportunities during a time when many other seasons are closed.
