Just recently, a deer hunting friend of mine was boiling up several bucks to make European mounts. That evening, I got a picture of a deer he had harvested near the Mississippi River which appeared to have canine teeth. While I had heard about this before, this was the first time I had ever witnessed it.
Talking with several other experienced hunters who do European mounts, there have been a few around the Quad Cities area over the years.
