Ralph Loos: Deer meat, deer urine getting own (but separate) spotlights

The National Deer Association is partnering with Cornell University and USDA’s Human Nutrition Research Center on a project to collect deer meat samples, use laboratory protocols to analyze the meat for nutrient content, and publish this nutrition information for consumers. (Photo by Eric Morken)
