Pennsylvania Game Commission investigates five hunting-related shooting accidents

The Pennsylvania Game Commission investigated at least five hunting-related shooting incidents – which the agency refers to as HRSIs – during the two-week rifle deer season that resulted in two deaths and three injuries.
