Tom Venesky: Game, Fish merger for Pennsylvania agencies best done sooner than later

For something that is the norm across the country, the idea of merging Pennsylvania’s game and fish agencies wouldn’t seem like a hard thing to do.
But Pennsylvania isn’t like other states. The Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission has been around since 1866, and the Game Commission originated in 1895.
