Archery hunters in Ohio checked 4,748 white-tailed deer on Saturday, Nov. 8, the highest single-day total during the 2025-26 season, according to the Ohio DNR (ODNR) Division of Wildlife.
The 10 most successful deer hunting dates during the 2025-26 season have been: Saturday, Nov. 8 (4,748 deer); Saturday, Nov. 1 (4,544); Saturday, Oct. 25 (3,204); Sunday, Nov. 2 (3,035); Thursday, Nov. 6 (2,800); Saturday, Sept. 27 (2,609); Saturday, Oct. 11 (2,530); Tuesday, Nov. 4 (2,407); Monday, Nov. 3 (2,365); Sunday, Oct. 26 (2,179).
