William O’Daniel went into the second day of bow season with high hopes and ambitious plans. Humbly, the McLeansboro hunter admitted he almost blew up those plans by releasing an off-kilter arrow.
But give O’Daniel credit – he got his southern Illinois buck, semantics be damned.
