This past spring, Ohio DNR Division of Wildlife waterfowl biologist Dave Sherman found himself in the exact right place at the exact right time.
Back in early May, Sherman was working on a pump with a couple of private contractors at Middle Harbor when he noticed something odd on the water on Lake Erie.
