In late June, the Minnesota DNR sent forth a news release that requested the state’s anglers – and whomever else, I suppose – step to the plate and complete a questionnaire regarding “a possible reduction in the statewide walleye possession limit from six to four fish,” per the release.
I mention it today because the time is nigh that the questionnaire no longer will be available: Its expiration date is Aug. 15.
