Commentary: Could U.S. Supreme Court determine access to 8 million public-land acres?

Iron Bar Holdings, LLC, has petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a landmark decision by the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals that upholds the legality of “corner crossing” – a method of accessing public lands at the shared corners of public and private lands laid out in a checkerboard configuration.
